Scindapsus pictus is a slower growing vine that is a member of the Araceae family and native to Thailand and the Philippines. Not as common of a houseplant as Pothos, but it does well in normal household environments but will appreciate higher humidity. This species features rounded-heart-shaped leaves that curve to one side at the tip. In time, it can easily grow to lengths of several feet long. For best color, keep in bright, indirect light but it will also do well in shady areas.

Absolutely works
Absolutely works! I was emptying out maybe once a week before. After taking 10 a day was emptying out one to two times a day. Don’t under-does yourself by taking 3 at first. They will not work. Take the regular amount 5-15 a day and you’ll be completely empty with ease.

Effective Daily Fiber Supplement with Noticeable Digestive Benefits
Size: 2.32 Pound (Pack of 1), Style: New
I am very pleased with the Metamucil Premium Blend 4-in-1 Fiber Supplement. Shipping was prompt, and the container arrived well-packaged and sealed securely. There were no issues with leakage or damage, and it was ready to use right away. In terms of product quality, this fiber supplement performs exactly as expected. It’s made with psyllium husk fiber, which is known for supporting digestive health by helping trap and remove waste while promoting regularity. The powder mixes fairly well with water and has a smoother consistency than some other fiber products I’ve used. The orange flavor is mild and easy to drink, especially when mixed thoroughly and consumed right away. I noticed that with consistent use, it helped improve digestion and left me feeling lighter overall. The added benefit of prebiotic fiber support is also a plus, contributing to gut health over time. From a value standpoint, this product offers strong everyday utility. It combines multiple benefits—digestive support, heart health support, and appetite control—into a single supplement, making it more convenient than taking multiple products. Overall, this is a reliable, easy-to-use fiber supplement that delivers consistent results. I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a practical way to improve daily fiber intake and support digestive health.

Excellent for Digestive Health and Easy to Incorporate into Daily Routine
Size: 2.32 Pound (Pack of 1), Style: New
I've been using Metamucil Premium Blend for a while now, and it has been a great addition to my daily health regimen. This psyllium fiber powder supplement is particularly effective for improving digestive health.
The fact that it's a 4-in-1 fiber supplement is impressive. It not only aids in regularity but also helps with maintaining healthy blood sugar levels, lowering cholesterol, and promoting digestive health. The orange flavor is pleasant, making it easy to drink, and it's great that it's sweetened with Stevia, making it a sugar-free option.
I appreciate that this supplement is plant-based. It's a natural way to increase my daily fiber intake, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my digestive regularity since I started using it. The texture of the powder is fine and it mixes well with water, without forming clumps.
The packaging is convenient, providing 180 servings, which is excellent for long-term use. It's easy to measure out each serving, and the container keeps the powder fresh.
Using Metamucil Premium Blend daily has been a simple yet effective way to enhance my overall digestive health. It's a product I trust and feel good about incorporating into my health routine.
For anyone looking to increase their fiber intake for digestive health, Metamucil Premium Blend is a great choice. It's effective, easy to use, and has a pleasant taste. Highly recommended!
